Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings.

  • Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.

  • Write and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or social media management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.). MailerLite experience is an asset.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: 5 to 20 hours per week

  • Compensation: $19/hr to $28/hr

  • Please note that work hours will be assigned on an as-needed basis and fluctuations in work hours may occur.
