Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Create, schedule, and manage social media content to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings.
Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.
Write and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or social media management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.). MailerLite experience is an asset.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 5 to 20 hours per week
Compensation: $19/hr to $28/hr
